As part of the exclusive proprietary sub licensee agreement, buy now, pay later (BNPL) finance schemes are not allowed to be used when a client wishes to purchase a brand new, used, or second-hand steam-powered vehicle. Instead, if required, competitive low-interest rate automotive finance loans are provided by the confirmed licensee & sub licensee to these purchasing clients.

The confirmed Sub licensee receives a License & Sub-licensee agreement from the confirmed licensee, which allows the Sub licensee to sell, service, repair the new & used steam car vehicles within their new & used steam car vehicle dealership.

All of the confirmed Sub licensees are not ever required to pay any initial 'upfront and/or continuing future Sub licensee fees,' to the confirmed licensee, at any stage during the course, duration & application of their Sub licensee Agreement.

The sole income for all of the confirmed Sub licensees is by way of a worldwide universal generous set amount on & as part of the Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) sale price of the brand new steam car etc vehicles plus any additional ongoing future minimal maintenance, service & repair work.

All sub licensees own outright all of their new steam-powered vehicle inventory at their sub licensee premises. This is accomplished by paying outright the wholesale price of each vehicle from the confirmed licensee. The licensee owns the new steam-powered vehicles prior to this payment confirmation from the sub licensee to the licensee.

The approximate MSRP for the brand new eight-seater SUV (Sport Utility Vehicle) & the three-seater sports car coupe model is only approximately AUD$30,000 (Australian dollars) each. 1. AUD$500 (Australian dollars) earned every one second OR:- AUD$30,000 (Australian dollars) every one minute.

2. This amount equates to AUD$1,800,000 (Australian dollars) earned for one hour.

3. This amount equates to AUD$14,400,000 (Australian dollars) earned for an eight-hour workday.

It is possible that the entire approximately 6000 new steam-powered vehicle dealerships located across Australia to sell a total combined 6000 brand new eight-seater SUV (Sport Utility Vehicle) & three-seater sports car coupe model versions every one second OR:- 3000 eight-seater SUV (Sport Utility Vehicle) & 3000 three-seater sports car coupe model versions sold every one second.

The key point to remember

6000 brand new steam-powered vehicles sold every one second. This equates to a very high vehicle demand rate. It is always a much better automotive vehicle manufacturer reputational position to be in; with such a high vehicle demand rate, even with an unmatched lower vehicle production rate. This extremely high vehicle demand rate could be the envy of all other car manufacturers throughout the world. 

Outgoing costs 

Keep in mind the outgoing costs for each new steam-powered vehicle sub licensee at their dealership from their AUD$500 (Australian dollars) commission earned from the sale of each one of the brand new eight-seater SUV (Sport Utility Vehicle) & three-seater sports car coupe models such as:

* Payable local taxes (if any), wages, superannuation costs, holiday or vacation pay, sick pay, bereavement leave, income tax, company tax, payroll tax (if any), marketing, advertising costs (if any), rent of dealership premises (if any), any outstanding loans for the dealership, paid as principal & interest, utility costs (such as water, electricity, natural gas, sewage), council rates, telecommunications, dealership equipment upgrades, dealership insurance costs, uniform costs for the automotive management, technician personnel, administration costs, etc, licensing costs of the exclusive proprietary filmed video teaching, training & certification of the factory-trained dealership automotive technicians in how to as applicable by Australian law, every 12 months or annually, correctly renew the two steam pressure relief valves installed in the one installed steam boiler for each one of the steam-powered vehicles, licensed from & payable to the steam pressure relief valve manufacturer.

Wholesale price

Each sub licensee with their own new steam-powered vehicle dealership pays the licensee the wholesale price of AUD$29,500 (Australian dollars) for each one of the initial eight-seater SUV (Sport Utility Vehicle) & three-seater sports car coupe model versions. Volume order discounts do not apply.

If required, the licensee has at its disposal competitive low-interest finance to finance the wholesale purchase of the steam-powered vehicles by the sub licensee from the licensee.

There will never ever be any involvement with & utilising the services of any workplace or place of employment Trade union (i.e., Workers union) for any of the Sub Licensees & their respective employees located throughout the selected & safe World, hence no enterprise bargaining, enterprise agreements within the Australian workplace relations system.

Whatever is the annual inflation rate in Australia compared to the previous year, will apply to all monetary payments made to all Sub Licensees Worldwide, all personnel employed at the Sydney NSW Australia steam car, etc vehicle development, production plant facility & the actual cost of the steam car, etc vehicles. The initial rate of wages or salaries & commissions paid as a package to these personnel is exceptionally high compared to the current 'status quo' annual salaries paid in Australia, so a minor or substantial annual increase in these wages is unlikely to be necessary for an extended period of time.

In other words, these monetary payments & the actual MSRP (Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price) of all of the new steam cars, etc vehicles keep in line with or are the same as the static & increased annual inflation rate in Australia for any given year. These monetary payments & the MSRP of all of the new steam car, etc models are adjusted accordingly for an increased rate of inflation.

The confirmed Licensee communicates to all of the confirmed Sub Licensees operating their own new & used steam car vehicle dealerships, all relevant details of an unlikely manufacturer factory vehicle recall event & the correct procedures in how to rectify it. The confirmed Sub Licensee then communicates by registered postal mail to the owner or owners of the new or used steam car vehicles, advising them of the vehicle recall & the correct procedure to have the recall rectified. No new or used steam car 'rental,' or 'loaner,' vehicles are provided by the Sub Licensee to the owner or owners of the vehicle submitted for the duration of the unlikely vehicle recall & an unlikely factory vehicle warranty claim.

Courtesy vehicles

During any steam-powered vehicle scheduled servicing and/or repairs at the Master motor vehicle dealership for Australia located in the envisaged Sydney Australia steam-powered vehicle development & production plant facility, courtesy vehicles are not provided to the driver or owner of the booked in steam-powered vehicles.

Depending on the required time to carry out these servicing and/or vehicle repairs, the driver or owner of the steam-powered vehicles is welcome to wait in an amiable vehicle dealership or plant facilities for the completion of the vehicle servicing and/or repairs. If the driver or owner decides to not wait or the vehicle is required to be kept overnight or longer, the driver or owner is required to organise their own personal transport departing & rearrival to this facility department.

All other certified sub licensee dealerships Australia-wide & worldwide will decide their own policies regarding the provision & usage of courtesy vehicles.

All confirmed Sub Licensees operating their own respective new & used steam car dealerships located throughout the selected & safe world, directly receive all monetary compensation payments & applicable replacement parts from the applicable confirmed component & service suppliers for the new steam car project, in the unlikely event of a vehicle recall and/or a vehicle warranty claim.

The Sub Licensee communicates to the relevant component & service supplier the envisaged total labour cost charges & the required replacement parts to rectify any unlikely vehicle recall and/or a vehicle warranty claim.

The confirmed Licensee does not have or carry an insurance policy to insure against an unlikely vehicle recall and/or a vehicle warranty claim & does not ever directly or indirectly monetarily pay for any part of the cost (i.e., the partial or total labour cost charge & the partial or total cost of the brand new replacement component part or parts) used in an unlikely vehicle recall and/or vehicle warranty claim.

In any unlikely vehicle recall event and/or vehicle warranty claim, it is the sole responsibility of all confirmed component & service suppliers (if they so choose to do so) to carry their own insurance policy to insure & monetarily compensate all Sub Licensees operating their own new & used steam car vehicle dealerships for the full cost (i.e., all total labour cost charges) & to provide the Sub Licensee with brand new & as necessary, a modified improved component part or parts to allow these accredited & correctly 'factory-trained,' Sub Licensee new & used steam car vehicle dealership technician personnel to carry out & complete an unlikely vehicle recall and/or a vehicle warranty claim.

This correct monetary compensation & provision of a part or parts procedure in an unlikely vehicle recall event is exactly the same for an unlikely vehicle warranty claim. 

The confirmed Licensee communicates to all of the confirmed Sub Licensees operating their own new & used steam car vehicle dealerships, all relevant details of the minimal capped price servicing regime. The confirmed Sub Licensee then communicates to the intending purchaser of the new or used steam car vehicles, that due to the minimal servicing requirements of the new & used steam car vehicles, a minimal capped price servicing regime applies.

Due to the proprietary exceptional innovative functionality design of all of the new steam car etc vehicles, it is unlikely that these vehicles will ever break down & as such, emergency roadside assistance is not included in the mandatory warranty period of these vehicles. In the unlikely event that a new steam car vehicle requires to be towed to a new steam car dealership for mechanical repairs, this vehicle towing may be covered in the insurance policy of the insured vehicle.

There will never be a vehicle 'buy back' scheme, no credit financial amount, no extended vehicle warranty & no free vehicle charging at charging stations due to an unlikely steam-powered vehicle recall campaign.

These conditions exist due to the inherent superior design and manufacturing quality of all steam-powered vehicle models resulting in the overall highest ownership and driveability satisfaction results from all vehicle purchasers.

Steam-powered vehicle destination fee

Except for the Master motor vehicle dealership for Australia located in the envisaged Sydney Australia new steam-powered vehicle development & production plant facility, all other sub licensee new steam car dealerships in Australia & Worldwide, are charged a vehicle destination fee, which is added to each vehicle MSRP (Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price) & is recouped by the sub licensee when the retail sale of these vehicles is completed.

No administration or processing fees

Steam-powered vehicle administration or processing fees do not apply & are not added to the vehicle MSRP (Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price).

No class action lawsuits

Due to the unlikely event of a vehicle recall and/or warranty claim, class action lawsuits will not be prevalent. This is because of how an unlikely steam-powered vehicle recall and/or warranty claim is carried out. Class action lawsuits only apply to Company Organisations that do not know how to prevent these in the first place, which is by ensuring only the very highest reputable competent professional expert company organisations have the utmost fastidious quality control standards encompassed into their design, manufacturing of these components & services inherent in all steam-powered vehicle models.

Service Bulletin

The confirmed Licensee communicates to all of the confirmed Sub Licensees operating their own new & used steam car vehicle dealerships, all relevant details of a Service Bulletin explaining the correct procedure & method to service and/or repair a steam-powered vehicle. The confirmed Sub Licensee then communicates to their factory-trained technicians the details of this service bulletin. A Service Bulletin does not constitute a vehicle recall, likewise, a vehicle recall does not constitute a Service Bulletin.

It is envisaged to implement a proprietary 'peace of mind' full 7-year unlimited kilometre manufacturer factory vehicle warranty for all new steam car etc models, even though the reasonable serviceable life expectancy of these extraordinary vehicles is deemed to be approximately 30 years in total.

It is not envisaged for the confirmed licensee, sub licensees to offer 'after market' extended vehicle warranties for all steam-powered vehicles, thereby lowering the costs of such for the vehicle owner.

Vehicle capped-priced servicing

Due to the possible future increases in labour & parts costs (inflation), all steam powered vehicle models do not allow for a capped-priced servicing regime. Vehicle inspection reports

Located at all sub-licensee steam-powered vehicle dealerships throughout the safe & selected world, will be the provision of brand new vehicle pre-purchase, warranty inspections, used vehicle pre-purchase, warranty inspections, after accident vehicle inspections, part mechanical inspection reports designed for a specific particular reason as for example, why or what caused a vehicle component to pre-maturely fail, etc.

These vehicle inspection reports will be carried out by factory-trained technicians (trained by me) at all of the above dealerships. The reports will be entered into the vehicle infotainment system by these technicians. A computerised hard copy will always be retained by the vehicle dealerships. No paper copies of these exclusive, proprietary, professional reports will be available to; for example, members of motoring organisations, etc; suspension, steering & braking system inspection reports.

The cost of these reports will be reasonable, competitive & overall very good value for money.

Vehicle infotainment system

The in-vehicle infotainment system for all steam-powered vehicle models is a one-stop communication facility to allow steam-powered vehicle dealership personnel notifications, such as the next scheduled vehicle service, etc, scheduled registration renewal roadworthiness check, vehicle registration, insurance & driving license renewal notifications. Paper, postal mail, e-mail, telephone, SMS (Short Message Service) TEXT message versions of these communications are not required.

Easy & quick payment for the above services can also be carried out at the secure payment section within the infotainment system.

Sub licensee income stream

The forms of income stream for the new steam car project consists of three main sources:

1. A generous pre-determined profit amount determined by subtracting the vehicle wholesale price (i.e., the cost all sub-licensees pay the licensee for the vehicles) from the base Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) sale price for each new steam car sold as brand new.

2. Profits derived from the trade-in value of used or second-hand steam-powered vehicles for the purchase of brand new, used or second-hand steam-powered vehicle models.

3. Profits derived from vehicle inspection reports, servicing, repairs, maintenance & new spare parts. These new spare parts are sourced directly from the manufacturers of these parts, with their applicable warranties. These new spare parts are not sourced from the licensee.

4. Financial rewards for any initial low-priced, ultra-competitive vehicle finance loan facility offered by the sub licensee to all purchasers of these never seen before vehicles (whether brand new and/or used, second hand), utilising the above 1-3 inclusive income streams.

Component supplier income stream

The forms of income stream for the new steam car project consists of two main sources:

1. Profits derived from the supply of brand new vehicle manufacturing components to the licensee, packaged in plain unmarked boxes or crates.

2. Profits derived from the supply of brand new vehicle components to the sub licensees as spare parts, packaged in plain unmarked boxes or crates.

Component supplier extra details

All confirmed component suppliers will be specially invited by the confirmed licensee as an invitation-only event for the in-person attendance of the 'Unveiling Ceremony'. All of the costs to fulfil this will be fully met & paid for by the confirmed licensee.

Retail clients, such as private, fleet, and/or Government purchasers of my new steam-powered vehicles

All of these purchasers are required to pay for any & all factory plant insurance, electricity, ultra-pure water, personnel uniform apparel provision/cleaning, plant complex cleaning, safety eyewear, delivery or destination fees, import taxes (if any) & import delivery fees applicable to all imported parts from component suppliers around the world used to manufacture these vehicles, manufacturing robots, or robotics & production assembly line maintenance costs deployed at the envisaged new steam car development, production plant facility to eventually be constructed in Sydney New South Wales (NSW) Australia. These essential production, manufacturing, distribution & sales costs are calculated at a pro-rata rate spread out over a specified production time period divided by the amount or quantity of the new steam-powered vehicles produced or manufactured in this same specified time period. These extra final calculated costs are incorporated into the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of each one of these exclusive, proprietary, extraordinary vehicles.

These additional costs once collected from these purchasers, are paid to the licensee by the sub licensees once a month.

Steam-powered vehicle trade-in valuations applied to the purchase price of a brand-new steam-powered vehicle etc

The approximate preliminary envisioned Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) for the two initial brand new steam-powered vehicle models, namely the eight-seater SUV (Sport Utility Vehicle) & the three-seater sports car coupe model is only AUD$30,000 (Australian dollars) each.

As a guide, each year that one of these brand new two-passenger vehicles is owned & driven, the residual value decreases or depreciates by approximately AUD$900. For example, the MSRP for each of these two vehicles after one year of ownership driving is AUD$29,100. After two years the MSRP is AUD$28,200. After thirty years of ownership driving (which is the expected serviceable life of all steam-powered vehicle models) the MSRP is AUD$3,000 or 30 years multiplied by AUD$900. This equates to AUD$27,000 in depreciation value over this 30 years of ownership driving, which is deducted from the initial MSRP of AUD$30,000, resulting in the MSRP of AUD$3,000.

Vehicle repossession

In an unforeseen vehicle repossession event in the first year of ownership driving, due to non-payment of the vehicle loan amount, if the Annual Percentage Rate (APR) charged as interest on the MSRP total loan value of AUD$30,000 is 3%, the lost interest payments to the financier of these car loans (notably myself) over this 12 months period is AUD$900 calculated as 3% of AUD$30,000 MSRP.

The adjusted MSRP is now AUD$29,100. 3% of AUD$29,100 equates to AUD$873 calculated when the high quality pre-owned, technically inspected & certified used vehicle is resold only at all certified new steam car dealerships throughout Australia & the world for the MSRP of only AUD$29,100. The actual vehicle repossession total interest payment loss to me is only AUD$27 and not AUD$900 (AUD$900 minus AUD$873 equates to AUD$27) because these repossessed vehicles are eventually resold to new clients who are not likely to default on the vehicle loan repayments.

My possible financial loss

If the repossessed vehicle is priced at only AUD$29,100 & is resold to a new different buyer & is not financed by a car loan from me, then the financial interest payment loss to me on the initially sold & financed new vehicle is AUD$900 (or 3% interest charge of MSRP AUD$30,000) & not AUD$27.

Vehicle towbar fitted

If the initially ordered brand-new steam-powered vehicle option of an installed tow bar assembly is selected during the pre-order process online or at a certified steam car dealership, this extra cost for the factory-supplied tow bar provision & installation is to be added to the above initial MSRP of only AUD$30,000 calculation figures.

A certified steam-powered vehicle dealership pre-owned used vehicle sale versus privately sold

The high automotive industry leading residual value of all steam-powered vehicles is a testament to the professional pre-sale, after-sale warranty & services offered to all vehicle purchasers at all certified steam-powered vehicle dealerships Australia-wide & worldwide, which is excluded via private used vehicle sales.

Steam-powered vehicle software updates

If required, all steam-powered vehicle software updates are carried out at all certified steam-powered vehicle dealerships by certified technician personnel, firstly Australia-wide, then in all export countries.

These software updates are always free of charge & cannot be updated by uncertified people such as the driver or owner, etc of these vehicles.

Keep in mind that due to the initial comprehensive specialised expert design & thorough rigorous prolonged testing of the pre-production prototype models of these vehicles, it is unlikely that any software updates will ever be required.

Software update costs

In the event that specified software updates are required, the cost of such is billed to the confirmed licensee from the envisaged automotive industry leading Company Organisation located in Germany Europe designing the complete electrical system for all steam-powered vehicle models. The licensee pays for this, by the profit markup in the vehicle Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) made by the licensee & by the confirmed sub licensees, paid for by the sub licensees wholesale price difference to the MSRP, for their technician labour costs.

All steam-powered vehicle component & service suppliers may from time to time require updates to their designs to take advantage of any latest automotive industry regulations & advancements. These updates are sent to the above electrical system designer directly from these component & service suppliers, who then integrate the updates in their electrical system design software updates sent & available only to the confirmed certified sub licensee dealerships.

Accredited teaching & training courses

As the sole inventor & designer of all steam-powered vehicle models, I am the only person fit to be able to teach & train all automotive sub licensee dealership technicians Australia-wide & worldwide in how to correctly service & repair these vehicles.

This nationally & internationally accredited teaching & training course, conducted by me, will include the basics of how these vehicles function & the correct method to service & repair them. This free course will be carried out in person for local apprentices & qualified automotive technicians at the envisaged Sydney Australia new steam-powered vehicle development & production plant facility Teaching & training centre.

For non-local attendees, a professionally filmed proprietary teaching & training internationally copyright-protected video containing the syllabus of the course will be provided. All courses contain a certificate to indicate that the course attendee has completed & passed the examination at the end of the course.

The variable rate of vehicle finance loans available from me may decrease or increase their rate during the term of the loan repayments, depending on the official Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) (the central bank for Australia) cash rate at any time during this term. As of today, Wednesday the 16th of November 2022 this cash rate is 2.85% & due to this rate, the envisaged future variable vehicle finance loan rate available from me is only 3%.

Steam-powered vehicle model name

It is envisaged to have the registered trademark name of all steam-powered vehicle models be the same as noted on the universal worldwide same vehicle number or license plates. Depending on the country where these vehicles are for sale, will depend on the native language displayed as a modern designed & manufactured decal with the model name on the vehicle's rear sliding door (for the eight-seater SUV [Sport Utility Vehicle]) & rear hatch (for the three-seater sports car coupe) initial models & the number or license plates of these vehicles.

The front, rear number, or license plate trademark name is illuminated night, day when the vehicles are initially started & driven & ceases to illuminate when they are turned off. 

'The Exclusive New Steam Car, steam-powered vehicle development & production plant facility'  

The master motor vehicle dealership for Australia & the safe, selected world, integrally located with the above Sydney Australia plant facility, does not accept any type of vehicle leasing, but instead only cost-effective, affordable outright vehicle ownership exists. Low-cost, competitive, affordable vehicle finance loans exist for this purpose if required.

This exclusive proprietary unique system of vehicle ownership, if applicable to a business, can be calculated as a tax deduction on the yearly business tax payments, thereby reducing their total payable business or company income tax.

Certified steam-powered vehicle sub licensee dealerships located Australia-wide & worldwide may or may not carry their own individual vehicle leasing arrangements & vehicle leasing finance to their employed personnel & the general public at large.

The above-mentioned not vented or not emitted to the atmosphere recirculated or recycled super-heated hot dry steam condition, is the sole underlying reason as to why no additional ultra-pure water is ever needed to be added to the one installed steam boiler, during the entire life of the normal function & operation of the new steam car. In fact nowhere on any exterior outer part of the new steam cars etc, is there any provision to add any additional ultra-pure water whatsoever to the one installed steam boiler. The vehicle pictured to the right side of this page shows you a common typical body roll defect condition when a vehicle turns a corner at higher road speeds. All of the steam-powered vehicles have a common, standard, integral invention & design by me, to stop this particular vehicle leaning or body roll from occurring, such as the exclusive, proprietary four-wheel steering system, the normalised vehicle weight distribution balance of 33 1/3 % (i.e., thirty three & one third per cent) at the front, centre, rear, electronic brake force distribution (EBD) assist, stability control assist (which includes a full suite of aerodynamics assist, such as full surround vehicular wind assist, cross wind assist, minimal downforce assist & no vehicular lift assist), front, rear non electrically assisted stabiliser or sway bars, factory set non-adjustable negative road wheel camber at the front & rear wheels, central or middle seating driving position of the driver, very low tare weight or unladen weight (approximately 500 kilograms, kgs), low vehicle centre of gravity, unsurpassed suspension system, automotive-grade 48 DC Volt gyroscope which is electrically connected to the four road wheel braking system (stability control assist), so as to detect, prevent even a slight vehicle leaning or body roll condition deviating from a level, horizontal plane position of vehicle when cornering at higher road speeds.

There will be no vehicle leaning or body roll whatsoever inherent in all steam-powered vehicles, regardless of what road speed is encountered when cornering, due to all of the above never seen before vehicle handling & cornering characteristics.

2. Profits derived from the supply of brand new electricity-producing device apparatus components to the electricity power station owner or operator as spare parts, packaged in plain unmarked boxes or crates.

Service supplier income stream

The forms of income stream for the new electricity-producing device apparatus project consists of four main sources:

1. Secondary licensor profits derived from the supply of electricity-producing device apparatus licensed technology to the licensee, such as for example, the two steam turbine designs, from Company Organisation located in Italy Europe.

2. Secondary licensor profits derived from the installation, servicing & maintenance of electricity-producing device apparatuses at all electricity power-producing stations located throughout the safe & selected world, from Company Organisation located in Italy Europe.

3. Secondary licensor profits derived from the supply of electricity-producing device apparatus licensed technology to the licensee, such as for example, the complete electrical system design, from Company Organisation located in Germany Europe.
